We have a Hassle-Free 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement. We are very easy to work with, just contact us before leaving negative reviews on the web. We always get back to you as soon as possible. We are closed weekends and holidays so there may be a slight delay over those periods.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We require photos of any issues and may require you to ship the item back to us at your expense.
Cancellations
Orders should be canceled as soon as possible. To cancel an order, please contact info@mettahemp.com. Most orders are shipped the following day and cannot be cancelled if they have already shipped. You may still return the item after you have received it.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once Metta Hemp has received a returned item from a customer. After refunds are issued it sometimes takes your bank multiple days to issue you the refund. We have zero control over that aspect.
Exchanges
If an exchange is needed, please complete a new purchase for the correct item and return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you will be refunded for the returned item.
If you received the wrong order or have a defective or broken product, please notify us right away. We will replace the incorrect order or defective product, or we will process a return and issue a refund. When exchanging an item for something of a higher value, we will only charge the difference. If the new item costs less, we will refund you the difference!
Subscriptions
Subscriptions require two months (two orders) to be shipped before you are allowed to cancel. This is agreed to in the terms at time you place your subscription. The easiest way to cancel a subscription is to log into your account and cancel your subscription. You may also email info@mettahemp.com or cal 720-845-2829 for help cancelling your subscription.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
If an item has been mostly used, you will not receive a refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange to any customer per our discretion.
