Shipping Policy

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY, OR SUNDAY SHIP ON MONDAY.

We ship all products via UPS or USPS.

Vape products will be shipped via UPS, and an adult direct signature (21+) is required.

ALL SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATED AND NOT GUARANTEED.

If you have been issued a tracking number, the order was shipped out. If it was not scanned by USPS or UPS as picked up, please rest assured that this is a known issue in which the package is not scanned until it reaches the distribution center in your city.

If your order is not delivered and is returned to the sender, the 20% restocking fee and shipping fee are non-refundable.

If you realize you have entered your address incorrectly after placing an order, please reach out to info@mettahemp.com to get this corrected ASAP. We cannot guarantee that the address can be corrected because it automatically goes to our fulfillment center and begins processing. PLEASE ALWAYS DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR ORDER. IF YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT, SUITE, OR LOT, THIS MUST BE INCLUDED, OR IT WILL GET SENT BACK TO US.

Please also understand that if your order ships to the wrong address and is returned to us, it will be your responsibility to cover shipping the item again. If you wish to receive a refund instead, you are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
